ABOUT SAUL SANTOS JR.
I’m a husband, father, pastor, and community leader born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. For more than 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to ministry, mentoring youth, supporting families, and serving my city with compassion and faith.
My Story
My journey has taken me from preaching at 15 years old, to being invited to the White House, to delivering the opening prayer before the U.S. House of Representatives. Everywhere I’ve served, my calling has remained the same: To stand for truth, to lift others up, and to walk boldly in faith.
In recent years, that calling led me into an unexpected season — a battle for workplace justice after experiencing mistreatment, retaliation, and unfair termination at Frost Bank. That journey is now the subject of my ongoing federal civil rights case:
Santos Jr. v. Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc.
U.S. District Court – Western District of Texas
I share this openly not for sympathy, but because transparency matters. Many people walk through hardship alone — especially when it comes to workplace discrimination and retaliation. My story, my faith, and my willingness to stand up are here to encourage those who feel unseen or unheard.
Today, my mission is threefold:
-
Serve God and my community with integrity
-
Advocate for fairness, dignity, and accountability
-
Use my story to help others find courage in their own battles
If you want to follow my journey — spiritually, personally, or through my legal case — I post reflections, updates, and messages of hope on my blog.
Thank you for visiting my page. I’m honored to share my journey with you.
